For the Consumer Electronics Show (CES), I led the end-to-end design and execution of the AerNos exhibition booth, focusing not only on visual presentation but also on the overall user experience of how visitors entered, navigated, and interacted within the space.

The booth experience was designed to guide attendees naturally through the product story, ensuring clear visibility of the technology while encouraging engagement and conversation. UX principles were applied to spatial flow, visitor movement, information hierarchy, and interaction touchpoints to create an intuitive and memorable experience in a highly crowded trade show environment.

My responsibilities covered every aspect of the booth project, including:

  • - Budget planning and management
  • - Booth space bidding and strategic placement
  • - Coordination with union labor teams and vendors
  • - Production scheduling and logistics
  • - Design of showcase pedestals and physical displays
  • - Creation of all booth graphics and visual assets
  • - Direction and production of booth video content

The project required balancing branding, storytelling, technical constraints, operational coordination, and visitor engagement into one cohesive experience. The result was a booth environment that effectively communicated AerNos’ air-quality sensing technology while maximizing visibility, usability, and audience interaction at one of the world’s largest technology exhibitions.
